I used Bailey's for an out of state move. Paid to have them pack our stuff, store it for a couple months, then deliver and assemble the furniture at our new home. Overall, I'm pleased. It added to our moving expenses but it made moving so much easier. I was most pleased with the Utah crew. A day or two before the move, they had a crew of people come over to box everything up. The day of the move, they had a crew load everything and disassemble some furniture (bedframes, baby cribs, that sort of thing). They made quick work of it, were friendly, and kept the house clean during the process. Unloading in Missouri a couple months later went well but is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The driver called a day or two before delivery saying he wanted another $100 or so to assemble the crib or they'd just deliver it unassembled (I had already paid to have the furniture disassembled and reassembled). I checked with Bailey's and they confirmed that that's what the driver was asking for. It left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth (I was already planning on tipping the unloading crew) but the crew did a good job and unloaded everything smoothly. Overall, I'm pleased and very glad I used them. Both Utah crews were fantastic. Same with the Missouri unloading crew. The driver was good and friendly in person but I didn't like being asked for extra money to do what I had already paid them to do.

The moving team of Matt, Rod, Porter, and the crew were wonderful to work with during the loading of our home. They were friendly, polite, and helpful all along the way. We wished they would have been in Alabama to unload our things.
There is nothing NOT to like! Our first contact was Jamie Faire. He is polite, professional, personable and kind. The two young men who arrived for the move were also in the same league. The team on the receiving end in NY we’re great. They were on time and everything arrived in great condition. The team reassembled my hutch and kitchen table. They were efficient and careful. The cost for this cross country move was more than reasonable and the service excellent. Jamie was ALWAYS available to return my calls.
Dan was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I was sure my possessions were in good hands from the start. Allie was extremely helpful and professional. Excellent all around!

Norm who I had the pleasure to speak to a few months ago when I was requested a bid to move. Norm was just wonderful & all my questions were answered quickly. My husband & I had plans to move from here in Colorado to Florida back in April. Norm explained in great detail what to expect & what the bid was based on. We now have to wait a few months more but Norm didn't mind & said please let us know when you are ready & the bid will be still here for you. I have recommend this wonderful moving company to anyone who is planning to move. Thank you Norm & Bailey's Moving & Storage for being so great & we can't wait to use you for our long distance move.
Allison Marquez is a great coordinator to work with! She was able to provide me updates on the move and make sure a crew got to me even when I had a delayed delivery. Great moving company!
We had a very positive moving experience with Bailey’s Moving and Storage. They were fairly priced and the movers were courteous and professional both moving us out of our home and moving us in our new home. The office staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for a smooth and timely moving experience

We’ve used Bailey’s twice - one local (Denver) move, one international. Both times we were very happy with the process and the crews. Packing was done quickly, efficiently and with care (Bernadette is a packing queen!). Timing and price estimates were bang-on with no surprises. Highly recommend them for all your moving needs!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY MOVING AND STORAGE!! They helped move my mom to Texas recently and everything that could go wrong did go wrong. First off they forgot to pull her stuff out of the warehouse and was over a week late with delivering her items. They kept giving her the runaround and making excuses as to why they were late. She asked for some financial compensation for being inwithout her items, and they also gave her the runaround for this. Then, when she finally received her items, several things were missing and damaged. Several pieces of artwork was gone, several personal family photos were gone. Her solid wood dresser look like someone had kicked it in. Her jewelry box was missing. She has reached out to the owner, Allison several times. If you were ever looking for a moving company look somewhere else. If you value your possessions look somewhere else. Also, if you come across Allied moving, they are affiliated look somewhere else.
Do not use this company. Our stuff was ruined. mattress lost brand new bedframe lost I could go on and on. This was the worst experience we have ever had and we have moved quite a few times. Do not use this company whatsoever. They treated our belongings like they were a piece of trash. Boxes horribly labeled that we can not even find our silverware. Ruined our television. It was laying on its side in a crate that clearly stated to remain up and that it was fragile. Had a 500 lb garage item fallen over laying on top of the television. I will be reporting this to the highest authority that I can! The packing moving crew were horrible too. We’re arguing in front of us, cussing at one another. I honestly did not scratch the surface. Just be aware and stay away!

Excellent work by a professional crew! They put down cardboard on the floor to protect it while delivering everything, offered me a clipboard to check off inventory, and helped me resolve inventory at the end - nice touches! Very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.
