My experience with Bailey’s Moving & Storage was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about their ethics, professionalism, and overall care for customers’ belongings. If you’re considering them for an out-of-state move, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. During the move-out, members of their staff scratched the floors of the home we had just sold. When questioned, they denied responsibility and claimed the damage was already there, which was not true. The staff member responsible for tagging items also added extra numbers to inflate the inventory count, clearly attempting to prevent us from receiving a volume-based discount. This behavior felt intentional and dishonest. Their truck-handling skills were poor, leading to broken totes, crushed boxes, and a general lack of care. Amid the chaos, a gun bag went missing, which is completely unacceptable—thankfully it was empty, but it should never have disappeared in the first place. Delivery wasn’t any better. The crew arrived unprepared, needing a ladder to unload yet not bringing one, something any professional mover should anticipate. The foreman on the unload was rude and dismissive, adding unnecessary stress. Even worse, when they finished, the foreman took my personal ladder and loaded it into his truck, fully aware it wasn’t his. It took several days and numerous phone calls to get it back, and they only returned it after we informed them we would be filing a police report for theft. To top it off, coordinating the delivery was a nightmare. When our real estate closing was delayed by just one day, the local team was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate, making an already difficult situation even worse. Overall, Bailey’s Moving & Storage showed poor ethics, dishonesty, lack of preparation, and little respect for customers or their property. This is absolutely not the kind of company you want handling your belongings—especially for a long-distance move. I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
I was moving from Denver to Florida with my girlfriend, getting married there. I had to catch my flight at 3pm. Martin and Josh had a slowdown on their morning move so they showed up at 11:30am. They were very fast though, had everything ready in 2 hours. Am recommending Bailey’s to all my friends in Denver!
I had a move my family's furniture from Denver to NJ. Crew from Bailey’s was on time, polite and fast with protecting furniture and running it down our building on their truck. Very happy with the service. Shout out to Martin and his coworker!

We received two deliveries from Bailey and a 3rd crew came to pick up the boxes after unpacking - all 3 experiences were very professional - teams were on time, courteous and easy to work with. They all took care to not damage property and not leave anything behind. Communication was great and deliveries were at the promised time. Deb Cisneros was our contact for coordination and she was excellent - answered all inquiries quickly and provided great customer service!
Had my uncle’s art delivered from California, Martin and Josh were quick, careful and efficient. Will use next time
I used Bailey's to move from Denver to Texas. The crew that loaded the truck in Denver was fantastic, as was the truck driver, Benjamin. However, the crew that unloaded in Texas sucked. I was standing in the driveway directing them where to take things and they just tossed things in random rooms. They stacked heavy boxes and totes on top of items marked fragile and I lost count of how many things were broken. And one of them left a "gift" in my toilet. Disgusting.
These folks really know their stuff! Our move Utah to South Carolina couldn’t have been more professional. From the estimating, to packing, loading and delivery every aspect was excellent. In the moving industry I would rate this agent as among the most elite group of experts. Chris Shuh knows what he’s doing. I appreciated his straightforward approach with no surprises. He went the extra mile to follow through on commitments and did a great job of communicating with us.
We had great crew, Martin and his coworker were on time, moved us in Denver from A to B in record time. Throughout the move they had smile on their face, asked questions where to stage our furniture and were extremely polite. Marvelous experience in general. Everyone in Denver go wit Bailey’s. 6 stars if it were possible!!

Had Martin and Saxxon unpacking for my mom and dad. Huge move from Arizona. Couldn’t have had better experience. Professional unpacking, prompt, careful, sociable, guys were great company while they unpacked. I gladly tipped each guy $100 and that’s probably not enough for what a great service Martin provided. Bailey’s should be proud of having great movers like this. Am recommending this crew to everyone! Mazel Tov Bailey’s!
Great moving experience! Everything was easy and not stressful. They took great care of wrapping and organizing all of my furniture. Clear communication about the whole process and they arrived on time. I definitley recommend them!

Baileys offered a competitive price and was very transparent. We really appreciated the communication in our move from Salt Lake City to Sioux Falls. and the guys who came to move our belongings were professional, and very careful. It was a great experience overall.
The move was quick. Guys arrived on time and packed everything perfectly. Loaded and we’re done by evening. I was told it will take a minimum of 10 working days going from SLC to NJ but to my surprise, it was there in 5 days flat. It was very fast and professional.
My experience with Bailey's has been stellar so far. My household goods were packed by two of the kindest, hardest-working women I have ever met, I only wish I had caught their names! My movers--Martin, Josh, and Saxxon--were also exceptional. Big shout out to the team in Colorado. 🙌

Martin and Saxxon were incredibly professional, helpful, and QUICK. I am 9 months pregnant and they were VERY kind and smart. The last time I had movers, I felt very worried about if I would even get my things at the end. This was not the case. Martin was very good at explaining what they would do and i would recommend them to anyone. Above and beyond.
