Don't Bother... Had an appointment for an inventory review scheduled, then they called and offered an earlier time slot, but they were a no show. To make it even more frustrating, they won't answer their phones. Doesn't bode well for a moving company.

We moved from Bend, Oregon to Broomfield, Colorado a little over a week ago! Matt and his crew with Bailey Moving and Storage delivered and so carefully unloaded our entire house of boxes and furniture! They were so thoughtful and careful with our belongings! We are over the moon happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing moving services!

Bailey's moving and storage provided excellent service to me today. Jared, Martin, and Ryan were the gentleman that carefully and efficiently moved my household belongings to my storage unit. These men were polite, they were professional, and they were kind and helpful. To the management of Bailey's moving the storage I would say that you have excellent representatives of your company and that you should be very proud of the services they provide.

Totally regret working with this company. We had them do a full pack and it was terrible, mislabeled boxes or not labelled at all, unpacked items. When we had damage I contacted our sales rep who was defensive the told us he'd forward it in to make a claim. That was over 2 weeks ago now and I haven't heard from them. I'd never recommend using them, mainly due to the sales rep, and I've made sure our realtor doesn't either. Awful.

We moved from Montrose, CO to Bend, OR in May. We were having a terrible time finding a moving company that would even consider doing the move and when they did, it was very expensive Jamie Fair quoted our move at about half the price of the others which really helped with our expenses. Jamie was very attentive and really worked with us to make the move easy and efficient. Even when we had an instance, come up to change the address of our ending spot. He took care of it with no problem at all. When the movers arrived, they two were nice, helpful, and efficient at both ends of our move. We couldn’t be more pleased at how the move has gone with this company.

This was our second move with Bailey’s. Nothing but a positive easy experience with these guys both times. Phillip the estimator was Friendly, fair and incredibly helpful. JD - the driver - was the man. Super timely and no issues at all. We will absolutely be using Bailey’s again.

I'm sorry that I now have to amend my review because of very poor customer service when I submitted a claim. Of course one assume's that something could be broken or lost in a move which is why we paid for full value insurance. There were only a couple of things that were damaged but one was a very beautiful French heirloom accent table. It was purchased a few years ago at an estate sale and therefore no receipt. But I had proof of the importer and comparable values easily found online. They packed it very poorly. It was merely shrink wrapped not put in a box with any padding. The marble top was shattered. We claimed $800 which is far less than its value in the market. They gave us $400 and a link on Amazon where we could buy a top! As if that was the only thing that needed to be replaced. There was no ability to discuss it with them and I found them quite disrespectful. Buyer beware of anything you cherish in your move.

Austin was fantastic. There’s so many out there in the moving business that are trying to push you, and I never felt that from Austin. Although the service is a little more expensive, I have no doubts about this company taking care of their customers. Highly recommend Austin and his team.

I've been in the industry for a very long time. Sales team provided a great number for our move. Asked us to disassemble certain items prior to the move or have them disconnected. Here are some massive issues. First of all I expect a professional moving company who is being paid for a full pack provide a mattress bag. Luckily my mom checked because one wasn't on the list for a brand new sleep number which was a little over 10k Next the sales rep failed to actually measure our fridge to get it out for the move. We were only asked to disconnect that item. The driver explained it was the sales reps fault now the company is telling us it's the drivers fault and ours for not reaching out to them on the day of when they couldn't move the fridge. Does that really seem like my responsibility when the driver is telling me nothing can be done? So not only is the company blaming me for not being able to move the fridge they wont even reimburse the cost of not being able to move the fridge which I felt was very reasonable. But no that's on us. Great cost. Great delivery window. Piss poor customer service.

Bailey’s Moving and Storage is, in my experience, one of the most unreliable and disappointing companies I have ever dealt with—I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you find that the logged hours fall short of what was expected, be prepared to wait one to two months for a refund and a clear explanation of the discrepancy. After numerous unanswered calls, I drove 40 minutes to Bailey’s office to follow up on my refund. When I arrived at noon, only two people were present in the building, and the rest had already left. I waited for about an hour and a half until someone finally approached me and said they would speak with the appropriate person and call me back; however, I never received any follow-up. Additionally, they failed to inform me that I would be charged for the distance from Bailey’s office to my home. I was billed for an extra 90 minutes of travel time, even though the contract did not state that I was responsible for these charges. According to transportation law, such fees should have been clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. Proceed with caution if you’re considering using their services.

He treated my belongings like they were his own. He oversaw the helpers who wrapped and packed everything with such care that I knew I was in the best hands possible. All of the furniture was delivered just as it was picked up. Not a single broken or scratched item! Together, this trio turned what could have been a daunting process into a smooth and carefree event. They were punctual, respectful, and worked like a well-oiled machine, all while keeping the mood light with their great attitudes. I’ve never seen a team so dedicated to making sure every little detail was perfect. My furniture and boxes arrived in pristine condition —what more could you ask for? Bailey’s Moving and Storage is lucky to have such an outstanding crew, and I’m already recommending them to everyone I know. Good move! The movers arrived at the designated time for my office contents move, the preparatory steps taken by Allie Marquez, the move coordinator, assured a smooth performance, and the two movers assigned were careful with floor protection, placement of contents as outlined, and obviouosly had the experience needed to perform a damage free move. I recommend them highly.

Bailey's Moving and Storage did a great job on moving our home items from Colorado to Massachusetts. We spoke to several of the highest rated movers to get estimates and Bailey's provided a competitive quote. What set Bailey's apart from the others is they came to our home, and reviewed everything we wanted to move to provide a detailed estimate on the cost. It was a couple of thousand less than some of the others, and what they quoted us was what we ended up paying. In addition, Bailey's also provided information on when the truck was leaving and when it would arrive at its destination. Other carriers were very vague and often stated many more weeks to deliver. I met the crew who picked up our home items, and they provided updates along the way to the end destination. The crew delivered items to two locations and did an exceptional job in assuring items were not damaged. It was a great experience working with Bailey's Moving & Storage, and I plan on using them again when we move back to Colorado or to North Carolina. I highly recommend their services. My contact was Norm, and he did a great job. He put me at ease that everything would be fine given our past experience with thousands of dollars in damage using one of the larger moving companies. Here are some pointers when working with the mover and crew: - Make sure they wrap fine furniture with multiple "thick" moving blankets and then wrap with plastic moving wrap. Some moving blankets are very thin and don't protect furniture. You can buy your own thick moving blankets from amazon if you have expensive furniture you want to assure doesn't get scratched. - When loading and unloading, make sure you are there to help assure the crew is careful moving items from the truck to the end location especially through doorways. They don't care about your stuff like you do so make sure you are present and they know to be careful. - Make sure the parts box is well labeled and easy to find to reassemble furniture items that have been taken apart by the moving crew. - Pack expensive cycling equipment in travel cases to avoid damage. It will get damaged if not in some sort of case. - Disability scooters and electric wheelchairs should be packed in original shipping materials if you saved them. - Ask moving crews not to drop boxes on edge when loading on a cart. This is common sense, but dropping is faster and easier. - Boxes you pack that have fragile items make sure they are labeled or mark as fragile and ask the crew not to put heavy items on top of them since the box can get crushed if placed on bottom of stack in the truck. Ask moving crew to put heavy items on bottom when stacking boxes. - Use original boxes for TVs and monitors for the move. Same with dishes or other fragile items where possible. Save boxes of kitchen appliances and use them for moves. - Disassemble any times yourself and pack in separate boxes to distribute the weight for heavy items. - Box any fake plants/trees by cutting out the sides of boxes and stacking them, then tape together. Unboxed plants will get damaged. - Tell the crews to be extra careful with items of high value. Label them too for unpacking crew. - Box vacuum cleaners or the wheels will get damaged. - Tell crews not to use razors to cut tape off any furniture with wood finishes where they would scratch the finish. Had one idiot do this on all our Ethan Allen cherry furniture. - Finally, if the mover tells you not to worry he has been doing this for 30 years ignore him and make sure he knows to be careful with your stuff and especially the items of value to you. Its the crews at destinations that I have found causes most damage and not the mover, but the mover should be managing the crew. - If you have damage, submit a claim. Fine furniture finishes are hard to fix so make sure you claim the price to replace the furniture and not to fix it. Best of luck with moving!

Corey was very responsive, very professional and estimated the job down to the dollar. He communicated well. We were pleased with every interaction that we had with Corey. Working with Bailey's for our big move was definitely the right decision. From the very beginning setting up the move till the very end was nothing short of a great experience. The moving crew were thoughtful, courteous and friendly. My wife and I were so pleased with the entire process. The moving crew worked diligently with a great attitude, considerate of our property and new house and willing to help with anything needed in setting up furniture, etc. Through the entire process Megan communicated before, during and after both the loading of our property from three 20-ft storage units to deliver the following day. Communicating both before, during and after the move was complete. We couldn't have asked for a better experience starting from Corey, setting up the entire process Megan confirming and checking in during the process and a great hard-working crew of movers.
